Calderdale PCT had a problem relocating a local general practice. LHF located a site and plans were developed initially for a single-handed practice to move in however this has now expanded to provide accommodation for another GP practice and also space for PCT offices and additional services. The building is four times its original size and is all leased to Calderdale PCT. There is also a pharmacy and the building is approx 8000 sq ft.
