North East Lincolnshire PCT went out to tender for the provision of a medical development and LHF were successful and a s a result were awarded three schemes. The first scheme completed at Healing in June 2006 and housed one practice, the second scheme at Striling St has recently commenced on-site and is a 12 month build program and will be 16,500 sq ft on completeion. It will house accommodation for several GP practices, minor surgery, PCT services, PCT offices and an in-house pharmacy

The third scheme is at Cromwell rd and planning application just been lodged and on completeion will be 20,000 sq ft housing GP services, mammography unit, community dental health a pharmacy and other PCT services. It has potential space for a community diagnostic facility.
