Lunn Healthcare Facilities was selected following a competitive tender for the provision of new medical developments for North East Lincolnshire Care Trust Plus and as a result the company was awarded three schemes.
Completed in 2009, the third scheme at Cromwell Road is a 2,696m2 medical centre housing four GP practices over two storeys. Offering treatment and clinical facilities including a mammography unit, community dental health, a pharmacy and other PCT services, it also has potential space for a community diagnostic facility. Enhancing accessibility for patients with disabilities was a key consideration and the scheme includes attractive landscaping finishes.
