A range of attractive financial options are available to assist in the development of your medical facility.
Our aim is to simplify your move by providing a flexible range of procurement options, whether for new build or refurbishment schemes. We are able to fund your entire building development from site identification and acquisition through to design and planning, construction and fit out.
We explore a number of options to free you from your current premises, including buy-out and lease back. Lease terms are flexible and negotiable. External repairs remain our responsibility and this cost is included in the rent and not covered by a service charge. We typically offer a 21-year internal repairing lease.
Rent reviews take place every three years and are in line with the District Valuer’s evaluation. GP Partnership change can be accommodated without continuing liability to the outgoing partner.
