Lunn Healthcare Facilities was selected following a competitive tender for the provision of new medical developments for North East Lincolnshire Care Trust Plus and as a result the company was awarded three schemes.
The first scheme completed at Healing in October 2006 housed one practice. The primary care centre was developed following an approach by the GP practice to acquire the new site. Lunn Healthcare Facilities designed, built and financed the construction of this two-storey, 425m2 community facility which included a minor surgery unit and dispensary. The contemporary building features extensive glazing with timber cladding and render finishes to its façade. Externally the facility includes a car park with landscaping features.
