Our services

building for the future

Site acquisition

Site acquisition requires a professional and coordinated approach while working with landowners and government agencies. Members of our team have conducted site search and selection programmes for many large and small scale health centre schemes. Our services include locating and identifying the site, negotiating a site lease, land lease or land purchase within the defined site area. We always seek to add value to our processes and develop a site strategy that will produce ancillary benefits for the client.

Planning

From initial concept, preparation of business case and planning submissions, we will manage your project through the entire planning stage. We work closely with you to define your specific requirements, undertake feasibility studies and consider funding approval, environmental issues and zoning requirements.

Design

We manage the detailed design stage of your project, working closely with professional practices that are selected for their ability to provide a comprehensive package of design and architectural services within the healthcare sector. Conceptual drawings will be produced at an early stage outlining the design project and you will be fully involved throughout every phase to ensure your vision is realised.

Build

We manage the complex interface between design and procurement. Our preferred construction partners have been selected on financial stability, competence and experience in the healthcare sector. All possess strong references, management processes including quality assurance, health and safety records and memberships of industry bodies for example Considerate Constructors Scheme. A short list of three contractors from our approved contractors list would be invited to competitively tender for the work.

Facilities management

We aim to build with you long term successful relationships beyond the completion of your project. We provide facilities management services which focus on the continued functionality of your health centre to the benefit of clinicians and patients alike.
