This two storey medical centre is built over 820m2 with parking for 55 cars.
A pharmacy, leased separately, resides at ground floor level.
Since completing the project, the patient list and level of service provision has grown rapidly. The client has agreed to extend the premises by some 230m2, providing additional consulting and treatment rooms. Some remodelling of the existing building is planned, together with an extension to the pharmacy.
