Lunn Healthcare Facilities was selected following a competitive tender for the provision of new medical developments for North East Lincolnshire Care Trust Plus and as a result the company was awarded three schemes.
The second scheme at Stirling Street had a 12-month build program which was completed and handed over to the PCT in August 2007. It houses accommodation for four GP practices as well as a pharmacy and the community nursing team. Facilities include a minor surgery suite, PCT services and PCT offices, waiting room and reception.
